The case in which the products you have received have a defect or are of poor quality with proven fault of eurocarpet.gr
The case in which eurocarpet.gr sent you the wrong products and not the ones you ordered.
In the above cases the customer can return the products, but this must be done within (5) five calendar days from the day of receipt. The products must be returned in the condition in which they were received, complete, without damage, in their packaging, accompanied by all the documents and the original purchase documents. In case the return is not made within the period provided or some of the return conditions are not met, eurocarpet.gr has the right not to accept the products back and not to proceed with their replacement.
In case the return conditions are met and the product return is accepted, the customer is entitled to receive a credit note for the purchase of another product / products of equal value, while eurocarpet.gr is charged with the return costs of the products.
For any change, the customer is charged with the shipping costs.
Caution! Changes and / or returns are not accepted on products of desired dimensions that have been produced or cut to the desired measures of the customer upon special order (eg leather and other carpets of special dimensions, carpets of special dimensions, mattresses of special dimensions, shading items of special dimensions) .
To avoid your own inconvenience, it is good to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products sold and their packaging intact, in order to identify any obvious defects (eg broken goods, wrong type, etc.) ..
